Description: Founded on December 16, 1926 by refugees from the town of Pontus on the northern Black Sea coast. Named for the Greek god Apollo. The Apollon music club was founded in 1926, a soccer section was added in 1928. Kalamaria is a suburb of Thessaloniki.
