Description: Formed on August 26, 1940 as a merger of HEC, WVB and Hercules. Rooms Katholieke Combinatie = Roman Catholic Combination. The stadium was previously called the Olympiaweg (after the street it's located on) but is now called by its sponsor name Mandemakers Stadion. Turned professional in 1984. Promoted to the Eredivisie after the 1988-89 season, one in which they opened the season with an amazing 22 victories.
