Founded in May 1923 in the Victoria Square neighborhood of Athens. Moved to Peristeri, a suburb of Athens, in 1932. Merged with Chalkidona in 2005. Atromitos were in the second division at the time, so they effectively took the place of Chalkidona in the top tier.
