Description: Formed on May 26, 1966 by the merger of Çelik Yeşilspor Gençlik and Pamukkale Gençlik. Originally based in the Çaybaşı district of Denizli, although the club has now become the flagship of the entire city and region. The famous singing roosters of the region are featured on the club's emblem and nickname. The stadium is named for the founder of Turkey, Kemal Atatürk.
