Description:
Formed on June 15, 1946. Purchased and renamed by the Superfund investment group, based out of Monaco. The first (and only) Austrian club to win three successive promotions, from fourth division to first division. Pasching is a suburb of Linz.
After the 2007 season the club's first division license was transferred to a newly-created SK Austria Kärnten in Klagenfurt. FC Superfund began anew in the fifth-tier Oberösterreichischer Landesliga West.
