Description:

Founded August 8, 1918. Translation: Central Cordoba Athletic Institute. Club was formed by workers of the Ferrocarril Central Cordoba, a railway line. It was initially open only to company employees, but in 1924 was opened to all residents of the city. The club is based in the Alta Córdoba section of the city. The stadium is named for the former president of Argentina.
