Description:

Formed as a merger of KSK Roeselare and KFC Roeselare in 1999. KSK were founded in 1921 as SK Roeselare, with the name change to KSK coming in 1946. KFC were formed as FC Roeselare in 1923, becoming KFC in 1948. Roeselare is located in the province of West Flanders. Koninklijke (Royal) is an honorary title given by the Belgian royal family to every club in Belgium after twenty-five years of existence. Though the merger dates from 1999, the club is technically a continuation of KSK. Schiervelde is the neighborhood of Roeselare where the stadium is located. Matricule# 134.
