Founded at Soweto's Orlando Boys Club. The boys were big fans of the Errol Flynn pirate movie 'Captain Blood' and other similar roles he played. The oldest club in the country and the only South African club to have won the African Champions League. The second most popular club in the country, after their arch-rival Kaizer Chiefs.
