The Allsvenskan (All-Swedish) is the top league in Swedish football. The 16 clubs play each other twice (home and away) for a total of 30 games. The season runs from April to November. The bottom 2 clubs are relegated while 14th team plays a promotion/relegation playoff with the 3rd team from the 2nd-tier Superettan.
