Description:

The official league name Österreichische Fußball-Bundesliga translates as Austrian Football Bundesliga, not to be confused of course with the German Bundesliga. It's also known by its title sponsor name T-Mobile Bundesliga, after the German telecoms company. The 10 teams play each four times (two home and two away) for a total of 36 games. The season runs from July to May with a two month winter break. The bottom club is relegated to the Erste Liga.
